Wireless Technician

• Minimum of 1 year exp. in cellular repair
• Technical college diploma or University degree
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Cellular experience with knowledge of a variety of cellular manufacturers and models an asset.
• Strong understanding of many of the following technical protocols; GSM, GPRS, EDGE, HSPA, CDMA, WCDMA, 1XRTT, LTE (3G and 4G wireless technical protocols)
• Ensure that he/she is constantly up to date with the latest technology a repair techniques.
• Ensure that the Service Manager is kept informed of technical and customer problems.
• Meet productivity standards set by the Service Manager.
• Able to work in fast paced high volume environment
• Should have solid soldering skills
